All card payments must be cleared before processing of our hair 

 Please Allow 3-7  Business Days for processing, before receiving shipping/ tracking information.

We only ship to billing addresses. Any orders with different shipping addresses will be cancelled.


WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PACKAGES. Once the package is received by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. Any issue via delivery please contact carrier. For any further questions or concerns please email Platinumhairdivas@yahoo.com. 

Further disclaimer: If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for paying for reshipment.
